Southwark Cathedral, London Bridge, London, SE1 9DA

In the final concert of our Bach and the Cosmos series, the great British conductor John Butt - renowned for his Bach interpretations - conducts JS Bach’s most monumental work, the B Minor Mass, performed as audible sculpture in the beautiful surroundings of Southwark Cathedral.

During the performance, we invite audience members to move around freely as our musicians and Epiphoni Consort perform in different areas of the Cathedral, exploring the beautiful spaces and changing acoustics throughout. There will also be a seated area in the central Nave and our comfy cushions to relax on around the building.
