The Fruit of Silence tour in pictures
What an incredible October we had! We travelled to nine cathedrals between Truro (Cornwall) in the very south to Bradford (Yorkshire), “up north”, and encountered so many fantastic choirs and cathedral teams along the way, joining us in “mesmorising” performances of present-day music in The Fruit of Silence.
We have had so much positive feedback from our audience members, from exclamations of joy to our team at the end of the performances to reflective tweets a couple of days later. Head to our Twitter feed to read some of the wonderful comments (such as the below) and follow the fun we had on tour via #CLSCathedrals.
What a concert with @CityLdnSinfonia! Never been to one like it before. But my goodness what music making – so proud of my eldest &all the choristers @LlandaffChoir – a full day at school, into rehearsal and then on their feet for the duration.
