Please note that we currently cannot accept phone or post bookings and tickets will not be sold on the door.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer booking in person in advance of our events.
If you have any requirements (e.g. extra leg room or a particular view) please ask any member of box office staff when booking, and we will do our best to allocate the most suitable seat available.

Box office support
Safari booking problems - solved
Some customers were having issues booking on Spektrix iframes (the iframes our booking system comprises of) using the Safari browser. This was due to how the Safari browser interacts with cookies set by Spektrix.
This problem has now been solved. However, if the problem continues for you, please let us know us by email and try one of these temporary solutions to book your tickets or purchase a membership:
- Customers using the Safari browser on a desktop will need to book with a different browser, such as Chrome or Edge.
- Customers using an iPad or iPhone to book should try using Private Mode in Safari - this should clear the cookie message.
- If private mode does not work, customers booking on iPhone or iPad should try disabling the ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ and 'Block All Cookies' settings while they book tickets.

If you have specific needs and require assistance (for instance, you are a wheelchair user), we advise that you contact the CLS Box Office via email in advance of your event.
We sometimes offer free companion tickets, if required, to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Please email the box office to enquire.
Wheelchair users and limited mobility
Unless otherwise stated, there is wheelchair and limited mobility access at our venues. If you require any special assistance please let the box office know when booking.
If you require large print versions of our brochures and programmes please let us know in advance of the concert to ensure that we have one available for you. To request large print or if you require any special assistance please contact the box office by email.
